Thus, I don’t recommend doing this – in addition, I won’t sell one painted white due to eBay policies that protect customer. This item is made of solid wood and is natural – the item may have knots, saw marks, etc. Any questions you may have – please don’t hesitate to ask. I will get back to you as soon as possible.If you desire to finish this item on your own, you will have to sand it with an extra fine grit sandpaper to achieve the finish you are hoping. In the past, I have used sand paper and steel wool between coats of stain. Any questions – don’t hesitate to ask.Returns are not accepted.
